Short version: boreon.com runs no analytics, no advertising, and no third-party trackers. There is no cookie banner because there is nothing to consent to: one essential session cookie, one saved preference on your own device, and nothing else.

What this site stores

• A session cookie (essential). Set by our own server so the contact form, checkout, and the administration sign-in work securely. It identifies your visit, not you, and it expires when your session ends.
• Your theme choice (local storage, not a cookie). If you pick one of the twelve themes, the name of that theme is saved in your own browser so the site remembers your choice. It never leaves your device.

What this site does not do

• No analytics or measurement scripts of any kind.
• No advertising, remarketing, or social-media pixels.
• No fingerprinting, and no third-party trackers.
• No consent banner, because nothing here needs your consent.

The one exception: paying by card or PayPal

On checkout pages only, the payment buttons are loaded from PayPal so that your card details reach PayPal and never touch our servers. PayPal sets its own cookies for fraud prevention and to process your payment, under PayPal's own cookie policy. If you never open a checkout page, no PayPal code loads at all.

Clearing everything

Clear your browser's cookies and site data for boreon.com and both items above are gone. The site keeps working; it simply forgets your theme.
