The Swiss Backup HUD and NMS

The Swiss Backup HUD and NMS

Our Swiss Backup practice is consulting with instruments. We help companies establish true data sovereignty in Switzerland: we register and configure every service, then guide you to purchase directly from the Swiss vendors, at their prices. You own the contracts; we charge only for the consulting and the HUD.

The architecture is three layers you can point at. Layer one is the client site. Layer two is a 12 TB ZFS NAS holding immutable snapshots. Layer three is Swiss S3 in Geneva, with replication across the Swiss providers: Infomaniak, Exoscale, cloudscale.ch, Xelon, Green, Swisscom and Safe Swiss Cloud. Your data stays sovereign in Switzerland, recoverable on demand and monetized never.

The HUD renders that estate as a living map: every datacenter over the Alps, the HQ and remote offices streaming in across the WAN, with views that switch between the Swiss map, a blue-Earth globe and a galaxy star-map. The live HUD reads a real NOAA SWPC space-weather feed and can simulate a solar storm against your topology.

Behind it sits the Boreon NMS in dependency-free PHP: multi-protocol polling, alerting, a fourteen-page console, TOTP and SSO sign-in, and SLA reporting. The sanitized demo on our Swiss Backup page is drawn by the same code, with fictional data.
