We act as your dedicated MSP Tableau Administrator, handling everything from proactive monitoring and routine maintenance to complex troubleshooting and performance tuning. Our comprehensive approach ensures your Tableau Server environment is always running at peak efficiency, providing reliable access to your critical data.

Service Level Agreements (SLA): We offer tiered SLA terms to match the urgency of your needs. Depending on the severity of the issue, we commit to response and resolution times of 8, 12, 24, 48, and 72 hours.

  • Contractor Staff Aug.: $50.00-$150.00 per hour
    • For clients looking to augment their existing staff with a Boreon Tableau expert for a short period. Our contractors work under your direction.
  • After-Hours Support: $250.00 per hour (flat rate)
    • For all critical Tableau Server in AWS, Azure, or on-premise support and services performed outside of standard business hours.

All Tableau Services are performed remotely by Tableau Certified Architects & Consultants.

Leveraging our FCC certified GROL (General Radiotelephone Operator License) operators, Boreon Industries provides specialized managed services for critical utility infrastructure. Our expertise covers:

While local rail and municipal staff handle much of the field maintenance, Boreon provides the crucial backend technology consulting services, ensuring seamless operations.

Utility Managed Services:

  • Direct Engagement: $100.00-$2,700.00 per hour
    • For direct project work where Boreon provides complete telecommunications consulting and management for radio utility infrastructure.
  • Contractor Staff Aug.: $32.00-$2,700.00 per hour
    • For clients needing to temporarily integrate a Boreon expert into their utility crew for backend technology support. GROL certified crew members.
  • OTDR Testing (Optical Time-Domain Reflectometer): $600.00 per hour 
    • Specialized fiber optic testing services; all hours of the day-24/7/365
  • FCC Radio Uplink License Advisory: $270.00 per hour
    • Specialized FCC Microwave (uW) and HF, RF, LF, SATCOM, Earthstation licensing maintenance and site compliance for Hubs and Satellite PoPs.

Utility Managed Services are performed in a hybrid environment, combining Boreon’s remote FCC licensing consulting with local field maintenance teams with Nagios NMS management. Our GROL FCC Engineer will provision your radio uplinks with our FCC permit in 14 days.
